Court Rental Reservations
A court rental reservation costs $42.00 per hour for up to 6 players per court.
Additional 7th and 8th players are charged a $16.00 flat guest fee per person.
Advance court rental reservations are recommended at our Skedda booking website. Reservations can be made in 30 minute blocks with a minimum of 1 hour.
OCBC will only allow bookings in one hour increments starting and ending on the hour (i.e. 9:00, 10:00, 11:00) for weekend bookings (Saturday & Sunday). This change means that 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 hour bookings will no longer be allowed on weekends. Bookings will no longer be allowed to start at :30 (i.e. 9:30, 10:30, 11:30) or end at :30 (i.e. 9:30, 10:30, 11:30). For example, allowable bookings would be 9:00-10:00, 9:00-11:00, or 9:00-12:00. Examples of bookings that are no longer permitted include 9:00-10:30, 9:30-10:30, 9:30-11:00, 9:00-11:30, and 9:30-12:00. All time changes will also need to be in one hour increments.
Guests will not be charged through the Skedda website unless they do not show up to pay the rental fee for the reserved court resulting in a “no-show” charge. The court rental fee must be paid in full at the OCBC Pro Shop before play can begin on the rented court.
Shoe and racket rentals are available at the Pro Shop for $7.00 each.
All players must complete the Waiver Master OCBC Waiver and Release form before playing at OCBC.
Court Rental Reservation Cancellation Policy
To avoid the “no-show” charge, all changes or cancellations must be in sent by email to ocbcreservations@gmail.com more than 48 hours ahead of the reservation date & time.
Change or cancellation cannot be made through the Skedda website!
Any reservation that is canceled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Guests will be responsible for $42.00 per hour “no-show” charge if their court rental reservation is not canceled at least 48 hours prior to their booking date & time.
